Teams group Main Street agents. Expand a team → Add user to add a member with name, phone, email, SSN, LLC, EIN, individual commission splits, and billing. Cap can be per agent or one team cap total. Splits can be individual or a shared team split applied to every member. Teams and individual agents can store an LLC name and EIN for 1099 / entity pay. Pay plan labels come from Brokerage Profile.
Name the team (optional LLC / EIN), then add members with their own profile and choose caps & splits.
Check agents onto the team, then edit each member’s name, phone, email, SSN, LLC, EIN, commission splits, and billing. Track members separately — or share one team split. Team-level LLC / EIN is for the team entity; each agent can also have their own.
Each selected agent is tracked separately: name, phone, email, SSN, LLC, EIN, address, commission splits, and monthly billing.

Scan closed ZIP packages and recommend baseline documents for strict buyer-only vs strict listing-only deals in Georgia and Alabama. PSA/exhibits may be the other company’s forms on a co-op — we still require the signed package on file. MS engagement agreements are side-specific. Merge or replace into the audit baseline below; every scan/apply is in the audit trail.
Run a scan (or reload the last report) to see Georgia and Alabama recommendations.
Compliance forms live on the standalone Form Baseline page. Add or delete a form, set the requirement timeline, and mark it Required, Suggested, or Optional.

Split levels are based on YTD sales volume. Most agents use one level with a different cap. Cap applies to brokerage share only — not FMLS or referrals. Edit broker defaults

Pay plan labels are defined in Brokerage Profile.
One level is typical (e.g. 80/20 on all volume). Use + Add volume level for higher splits after a volume threshold — e.g. 90/10 after $3M YTD sales.
